Large bird seen swanning about on Derbyshire dual carriageway
Police have tweeted this afternoonthat they are searching for a swan but have been unable to bring it before the beak.
A spokesman tweeted: “We’ve received reports of a swan in the road on the A50 at the Long Eaton roundabout towards Derby.
Officers have searched both sides of the carriageway but the swan has evaded us thus far.”
