Man stole six bottles of whiskey in Glossop
Nathan Sassen pleaded guilty to four counts of theft and on count of breaching a conditional discharge at High Peak Magistrates’ Court on Monday.
The 39-year-old, of Stanley Road, Manchester, targeted the retailer on four occasions, between November 11 and Febuary 24, stealing two bottles of Jack Daniels, to the value of £42, on the first three instances.

Hide AdHe stole a chicken, coriander and a bulb of garlic, to the value of £5.99, in the fourth incident, which were recovered.
Two of the thefts were caught on CCTV and he was arrested on the fourth occasion after a policeman recognised him from the footage.
Sassen will be sentenced on March 31.
