Once works are completed, customers will be invited to the site to access units, assess any damage and start to process their claims with Sedgwick. The site will need to be completely refurbished and storage facility will be closed until further notice.

The message sent to the customers reads: “Now that we have briefly been able to enter the property building ourselves it is clear that the scale of the damage is significant. Initial inspection confirms that the entire property has been affected.

“We will be inviting you to the site as soon as the initial clear up is completed and the building is safe to enter. If you are unable to attend for any reason, then please confirm the details of someone who can act on your behalf and provide their details by email. I appreciate how frustrating this process is and thank you for your understanding and patience.”
