Talent scheme offers training

This fully-funded programme is available to organisations that fall into the eligible sector list in the following areas: customer retention and sales growth, information technology, business administration efficiency, business social media and marketing and leadership and management.

A DNCC spokesperson said: “Talent development plays an important part in organisations achieving and maintaining a competitive advantage. The above training will aid employees in a variety of positions to carry out their roles successfully and help move your organisation forward.”

There are a range of job-specific courses on offer, from Level 2 to Level 4 and there are no fees to pay.
