The tie on Saturday, January 16 will be played at Boston’s new home, the Jakemans Community Stadium, which opened in early in December.
The winners of the game will receive £5,250 in prize money.
Boston are currently 12th in the National League North.
The Lincolnshire club have former Spireites loanee Ross Fitzsimons and Matt Tootle in their ranks.
