“I thought the first 20 minutes it took us a bit to get going,” Pemberton said.
“I thought after that we were the better team.
"Second-half we started alright and Denton scored a good goal and then we got pinned back.
"I think the mentality sometimes when you get in front is to hang on.

Hide Ad"To be fair to Eastleigh they had us under a lot of pressure second-half.
"They put a lot of balls in the box and we had to defend for our lives and we got a bit of luck but we did.
"And then Smith scores a great goal to put us 2-0 up to give us that little platform.”
He added: "I was desperate for the clean sheet because I think the clean sheet is important to us as a team.
